About AXIS Ecom

Who you'll write for.

AXIS Ecom is an independent operator of direct-to-consumer brands. We build, launch, and run consumer brands ourselves — we don't take agency clients.

Our first brand operates in a high-trust consumer category in the US — we keep the name private while we scale. Our customers are real American households: parents, renters, RV owners, families who want peace of mind. Your job is to know them better than they know themselves — and write the script that gets them to add to cart.

You'll work alongside our in-house Video Editor (whom you'll brief), our paid media manager, and the founder. You ship briefs and scripts daily. We launch them. We iterate based on the data.

The role

What you'll actually do.

  • Research customers — Reddit threads, Amazon reviews, support tickets, sales calls, competitor comments. Find the language they use and the objections they have.
  • Write hooks & scripts. 5–10 new ad concepts per week. Hook, body, CTA. Vertical-first. Built to test, not to polish.
  • Brief the editor. Hand off scripts with shot list, references, hook variations, captions. So the cut starts at v3, not v1.
  • Read the data with the media buyer. CPM, CTR, hook-rate, hold-rate, CPA. Find what's working and double down. Kill what isn't.
  • Own the creative pipeline. From customer insight → ad concept → script → brief → launch → iteration. Weekly cadence.
Must-have

The skills.

  • Native-level English. You write for US consumers — your copy must read American, not translated.
  • You've written paid-social ads before. Bonus if you can point to ads you wrote that scaled to 5- or 6-figure spend.
  • You're obsessed with customer research. You don't write off vibes — you write off what real customers actually say.
  • You understand DTC economics — AOV, CAC, LTV, MER. You don't need to be a media buyer, but you should know what numbers move.
  • You can hand a script to an editor and they can shoot it. Clear, structured, with shot direction. Not a Word doc full of prose.

Be honest with yourself.

  • You're a brand strategist. This is performance. We measure by CPA, not by sentiment.
  • You hate research. Half this job is reading Reddit, support tickets, and reviews. If that sounds boring, it isn't for you.
  • You want remote. This is in-office in Prishtina. Full-time. Five days a week.
  • You write in Albanian first and translate. Our customers read in English. Your copy ships in English.
